Dr.
Schroeder obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1967 at TH Aachen, Germany under the
Guidance of Prof. Dr. F. Asinger. He has dedicated his career to coating
technology and worked at Reichhold in Hamburg and Frankfurt, holding a series
of managerial positions including Manager of International Group for
Reichhold’s worldwide operation. He is also a holder of numerous patents in the
electrocoating field.
