Dr.
Loh obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1967 at TH Aachen under Professor F. Asinger.
He joined Reichhold at White Plains, NY the same year and held many positions
in R&D, division and corporate management including Director of R&D,
Coating Resin Division President, Chief Technology Officer and other senior
management positions until his retirement in 2000. He recently has been active
in the Chinese market as a consultant for the chemical industry.
