Here you will find important details, deadlines, specifications and opportunities in regards to your tabletop exhibit at Coatings Trends & Technologies Summit taking place September 4-6, 2024 at The Westin Chicago Lombard in Lombard, IL.

NOTE: Option to bring your own table skirt with company branding. All display material must go on top of or behind your table, including signage. Complete display, including signage or banners, may not exceed 8’ wide by 5’ deep.

Exhibit Hall Hours
Tabletops are open throughout the event on September 4-6 however, Exhibitors are not required to “man” their table during sessions – attend any session of interest!
All of the following functions will take place in the exhibit hall.

Shipping Information

If you will be shipping to/from the hotel, please complete the attached Exhibitor Form and return to Ceci (guzzardec@bnpmedia.com) by Wednesday, August 12.
The Westin will process all exhibitor forms and email a credit card link to collect payment to the contact listed on your form no later than August 30.
Schedule your delivery to arrive no earlier than August 30. Number boxes if sending multiple (i.e. 1 of 2, 2 of 2).

Outbound Shipping
For a stress-free move out, be sure to pack extra shipping labels and packing tape! After all package(s) are sealed and have a completed shipping label (with your account information) on each package, you will leave them on top or in front of your table. The hotel will come around and move your ready-to-ship packages to their receiving area at the end of the event. Exhibitors must schedule a pickup with UPS, FedEx or their preferred carrier.
In the event you forget shipping labels, The Westin has a printer in the lobby that can be used to print shipping labels.
Hotel is not responsible for boxes or packages not properly identified to be shipped outbound or that are not properly labeled.

CTT Summit has a block of hotel rooms available for a discounted rate of $159/night. The discount room rate is available through Tuesday, August 20, 2024, or when the block sells out (whichever comes first). We do anticipate a sold out situation so be sure to reserve your room early.

Post-Show Email
POST-SHOW EMAIL REQUESTS: Sept 7 - November 30, 2024
As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to send a post-show email directly to event attendees that “opted-in” to receive third-party communications. Post-event emails can be requested from September 7 through November 30, 2024 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
