Prof. Mark Sirotinsky, Ph.D., is the chief scientific consultant at Alusil's Moscow Representative Office. He is a leading Russian specialist in the theory of cyclical processes for metal forming and has created technology and equipment for cross rolling aluminum alloys. He is a member of several expert councils, including the expert committee for the design of the Sayansky smelter. He is also the academic secretary of the Academic Council for Light Alloys and is a member of the committee for engineering materials of GKNT (State Committee for Science and Technology).
