BIG IDEAS offers the industry a forum to discuss the future of UV and EB technologies while learning more about the applications and science that will enable developments two, five, and 10 years down the road.
The Eastern Coatings Show 2023 will host 40 speakers, including Dan Calkins, chairman & CEO of Benjamin Moore, as the keynote speaker. The event will also feature a short course (Intro to Coatings and Sustainability) hosted by the University of Southern Mississippi.
Both courses will be in-person on the Fargo campus. The Coatings Science short course provides a comprehensive overview of the basic principles of coatings science. The Corrosion Prevention by Coatings course is a practical guide to the basics of corrosion science and engineering.
SFM 2023 will feature an exhibition floor for national and international exhibitors to offer products and technologies for the industrial sectors, such as automotive, aerospace, domestic appliances, electronics, jewelry – among others. SFM 2023 will also offer a specialized educational program during the expo (dates and details to come).
The selected award recipient will deliver a technical presentation on a phase of chemistry, engineering, human relationship, or other discipline fundamental to paint, coatings, varnish, lacquer, or related protective and decorative coatings at next year's ACA’s CoatingsTech Conference.
The prize will recognize individuals who, through coatings science, technology, and research, demonstrate innovation in the areas of sustainability and environmental stewardship.
The FABTECH 2022 exhibition floor will showcase the newest innovations the finishing industry has to offer, from liquid and powder coatings to pretreatment technologies, auxiliary equipment, and more.
The BIG IDEAS for UV+EB Technologyconference and table-top exhibitionwill take place March 6-8, 2023 at the Wyndham Bayside Hotel in San Diego, California.
The show will take place May 16-18 at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. Abstracts from industry, academia, government and non-profit groups are all encouraged to speak about work that will advance the field of coatings.
