Noblelight specializes in the development and manufacture of specialty lighting components and system solutions, from ultraviolet to infrared, and the acquisition is the latest in a series by Excelitas Technologies since its establishment in 2010.
The completion of the transaction is still subject to customary closing conditions, and both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Grace Matthews served as exclusive advisor to Silberline, a company specializing in developing and manufacturing effect pigments utilized in various applications.
The launch of new optimized pump lines follows the successful acquisition of the Termomeccanica Pompe brand. This strategic move blends the strengths of Trillium's horizontal pumps between its Gabbioneta Pumps and Termomeccanica Pompe brands.
