Washington University in St. Louis celebrated the 97th anniversary of Olin Business School with the dedication of two new buildings. A five-story glass atrium that crowns the two buildings was finished using a 70-percent polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin-based coating.
Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine Coatings was called on to provide a coating solution for the cast and wrought iron substrate, with some new steel sections. Anti-corrosion protection was required for a minimum period of 25 years.
