Arkema to Host Industry Panel on Carbon Footprint Reduction at European Coatings Show

Arkema is bringing together AkzoNobel, Omya, Beckers, ADEO, and PPG at the 2025 European Coatings Show to discuss reducing carbon footprints across the coatings value chain. The panel will take place March 25 at 4 p.m. at the Arkema booth (Hall 3A, Booth #308) and is open to all attendees.
“Our industry is at a tipping point where real progress is only possible if we all come together and address specific challenges related to key sustainability drivers,” said Julie Haevermans, chief marketing officer, Arkema Coating Solutions.
The discussion will focus on key industry trends, including:
- Consumer expectations for more sustainable paints
- Low-carbon innovations with bio-circular content
- Decarbonizing the built environment through net-zero prepainted metal infrastructure
- Coatings for EV battery safety and lower carbon processes
