Notes: In 2019 the company announced the purchase of Allcolour Paint Limited, Oakville, Ontario; Prairie Paint in Yorkton, Saskatchewan; and Jacks Color Chip in Klamath Falls, Oregon. New Cloverdale Paint stores were opened in Kitchener, Ontario; Waterloo, Ontario; and Nanaimo, British Columbia. New Rodda Paint stores were opened in Salem, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington.

Although the company’s sales figure for 2019 ($280,444,000) is below what it recorded in 2018 ($284,000,000), Cloverdale Paint actually grew its consolidated sales by $15 million Canadian. The drop is due to the sales conversion to U.S. dollars in 2018 at 1.2961 versus 1.3268 in 2019. Two-thirds of the company’s revenue is in Canadian dollars.
