Sheboygan Paint Co. is an independent manufacturer of industrial finishing solutions. Established in 1921, the company originally produced varnish for wood furniture. The company now produces a diverse portfolio of product lines, including water-reducible and high-solids coatings for refinish and OEM industrial waste containers, waterborne and solvent-based coatings for bottle and cylinder re-conditioners and manufacturers, chemical-resistant phenolic and epoxy phenolic interior lining coatings, and two-component epoxy, zinc-rich epoxy and polyurethane products for the trailer industry. The company also produces and serves industrial coating markets for structural steel, warehouse racking, wood products, construction and agricultural equipment, metal doors and frames, and lawn and garden equipment.

Sheboygan Paint Co. currently has two manufacturing facilities in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and Cedartown, Georgia, with additional distribution out of Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
