It’s time again for PCI’s annual ranking of the Top 10 Global and Top 25 North American paint and coatings manufacturers. The ranking is based on 2018 coatings sales. Sales of other non-coating products are not included. In 2018, many of the companies in this article reported increased sales, a good sign for the industry. In terms of acquisitions, 2018 was a relatively calm year, with just a few companies announcing activity. Coatings Sales: Approx. $3.9 billion for fiscal year ended March 31, 2019
