In the past, industrial furniture was generally sold without any protective coating. Due to the rapidly growing demand for color-coated products, one company initially had the furniture‘s shot blasting and powder coating done by external job shops. However, in oder to better control the blasting and coating operations, it created its own in-house coating department.
