The company is celebrating Jacqueline Means for her work promoting careers in science, technology, engineering, and math, and the impact on young girls and minorities through the Wilmington Urban STEM Initiative.
The results are based on a survey of more than 37,000 women on topics including compensation and benefits, work-life balance, and proactive management of a diverse workforce.
The Association of International Metallizers, Coaters and Laminators (AIMCAL) has established the AIMCAL Women's Leadership Committee to help women from member companies gain more visibility within their organizations and across the converting industry by becoming active volunteers and mentors to the next generation of AIMCAL women.
