AkzoNobel has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Fabryo Corp. S.R.L., becoming the leader in the Romanian decorative paints market.

The Chemours Co. recently signed a five-year extension of a trademark license agreement for the Teflon™ brand with Fabryo Corp. SRL, the largest producer of decorative paints and lacquers in Romania.
