Pursuant to the AMPP Bylaws, former AMPP Vice Chair Kimberly-Joy Harris, Ph.D., PMP, has succeeded to fill the unexpired term of former AMPP Chair Paul Vinik, who has resigned from the Board. 

This is the third in a series of independent director appointments at OCSiAl since February 2024. Having independent directors on the board is crucial for OCSiAl to have a multitude of diverse perspectives and to strengthen governance, contributing to more robust decision-making and sustained growth.

As a non-executive Board Director, the former AkzoNobel CEO will provide valuable oversight, advice, and strategic guidance to the company's leadership. 

The American Coatings Association announced new leadership appointments to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Jeffrey J. Powell, President and CEO of Diamond Vogel, Inc., will serve as ACA Chairman; and Chase Bean, President, CEO and Chairman of Tnemec Company, Inc., will serve as ACA Vice Chairman & Treasurer.

Robert M. McLaughlin has decided that he will retire from the company's Board of Directors and will not stand for re-election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Members.

Effective immediately, this non-voting position runs through December 2024. The addition of Todd Bennett signifies a pivotal step in AMPP's strategy to deepen its engagement with the transportation sector.

The company announced that Angel informed the Board of Directors of his decision to retire from the PPG board, effective at the conclusion of the February 15, 2024 meeting.
