The PPG Foundation recently donated $2,500 to the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum in Milwaukee to underwrite workshops promoting hands-on science, technology, engineering, arts and math education.
The PPG Industries Foundation has donated $120,000 to the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) for its Materials Research Institute (MRI) Student Assistantship Program and additional programming.
Christine Batten, Account Development Manager in the company-owned stores group of PPG Architectural Coatings, U.S. and Canada, visited Woodstock High School to present a $1,000 PPG Industries Foundation check to science faculty members Kelly Burke and Karen Zayance, along with charter members of the Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) club they sponsor.
