This year, AMPP is launching a dual social media initiative to celebrate women's dynamic impact in materials engineering, corrosion control, and protective coatings. 

Walton has been with Belzona for 12 years, originally joining the Marketing Team in 2011, and is the first female member of the Board.

The Women MAKE Awards (WMA) is the nation’s marquee program designed to close the gender gap in manufacturing and honor women and their achievements at all levels of the manufacturing industry – from the factory floor to the C-suite.

The results are based on a survey of more than 37,000 women on topics including compensation and benefits, work-life balance, and proactive management of a diverse workforce.
