Paint and coatings manufacturer Axalta Coating Systems completed the acquisition of Metalak Benelux B.V.

As of July 1, ICH Benelux BV, the Dutch subsidiary of KRAHN CHEMIE, changed its name to KRAHN CHEMIE Benelux BV.

Eastman Chemical BV has expanded its distribution network and appointed ICH Benelux BV as its new distributor in Benelux.
