Hexion Holdings Corp. announced that its Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program of up to $50 million of the company’s outstanding common shares.

The Board of Directors of Valspar Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share, payable December 28, 2012, to all common stockholders of record on December 17, 2012.
