The results are broadly in line with expectations. The business of Brenntag Specialties was again affected by negative volume developments and price pressure. 

The product lines are used in applications for industrial and architectural coatings, sealants, adhesives, inks and construction products.

Brenntag has been providing customers with comprehensive product carbon footprint (PCF) data since December 2022.

The facility will focus on research and development for CASE and construction applications.

The new site expands Brenntag’s operations and reduces the current complexity of moving products among several external warehouses, strengthening the ongoing efforts of supply chain optimization.

Brenntag has reported its financial results for 2022, and has announced a share buyback program and proposed dividend increase.

In a first for Brenntag, the interest conditions of the credit facility were also linked to the achievement of quantitative ESG criteria. 

Brenntag will operate the facility in Pomona, enabling water treatment customers in the region to benefit from expanded blending and storage capacities.
