When Haltermann Products, an ink distillate manufacturer, and five other resin manufacturers formed Eurocommit in 1991, few could have anticipated that the "European Committee for Ink Testing Methods" would become an active technical force of nearly 20 companies. Today, Eurocommit continues to develop, screen and enhance test methods and standardized technical procedures for the benefit of the offset ink industry
