In this role, Donadoni will oversee NACD’s membership and Responsible Distribution programs, develop and execute strategic approaches enhancing online education programs, and will manage the development team. 

During the discussions, Covestro’s Board of Management will address the safeguarding of the further implementation of its future- and sustainability-oriented corporate strategy, including corresponding corporate governance provisions.

With the additional investment in new manufacturing equipment, the company moved its finished goods distribution and warehouse from the Surrey plant to a new 60,000-square-foot high-bay facility with increased stocking capacity, as well as a special area designed for the handling and storage of high-performance industrial coatings.

The advanced tools are the latest components of the PPG LINQ end-to-end digital solution for the global refinish industry that provide productivity and sustainability improvement for body shops.

The company uses renewable feedstocks, such as corn cobs, wood, and sugarcane bagasse, to make 1,5-pentanediol, which enhances the performance of everyday products, such as paints, coatings, adhesives, and more.

As of October 1, 2023, Dr. Jörg Hinnerwisch, the Chief Technology Officer, will become part of the executive management team, and Dr. Stefan Mößmer will take on the role of Managing Director of Marketing & Commercial.

This world-scale syngas facility, fully integrated into the Verbund site in Zhanjiang, China, is scheduled to start up in 2025. The plant will adopt unique process concepts to reduce carbon emissions compared to conventional syngas plants.
