Pilot Chemical Company has hired Amy Stein as the North America sales manager. Stein brings to the role 24 years of experience in surfactants and specialty chemicals. In this position, she will be responsible for managing all sales activities between Pilot Chemical and customers in North America.

Advanced Polymer Coatings (APC) has entered a deal with Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) to recoat 15 cargo tanks on its 25,583 DWT chemical tanker, the Reinhold Schulte. The agreement follows similar deals struck earlier this year to recoat the 25,581 DWT Rudolf Schulte and 25,620 DWT Rebecca Schulte.
