Henkel has developed a new adhesive – Loctite 3296 – a dual-cure adhesive for lens bonding in ADAS sensors. The new product provides a very high-cure depth after only a few seconds of exposure to UV-light, and is designed to bond particularly well to aluminum and FR4.

Formulated with a blend of resins and ceramic spheres, the elastomeric-acrylic coating was specifically developed as a primer coat for wood siding. SPC also offers protection on many other substrates including concrete, brick, masonry and stucco. In addition, SPC offers energy-saving insulation properties and soundproofing.

Spherical silica EXP 0002-1 is characterized by a particularly small particle size, and is suitable for architectural paints, as well as waterborne, deep-matte, and silk-gloss wood coatings. The silica helps extend the durability of a coating by improving its scratch and abrasion resistance. At the same time, the silica provides a matte or silk-gloss appearance to meet customers' aesthetic requirements.

The first two products in the new Ti-Pure™ Sustainability series include Ti-Pure TS-6300 and Ti-Pure TS-6200. Both are existing grades specifically designed to empower coatings formulators to create high-quality, long-lasting products that reduce material consumption and CO2 emissions.

With five different versions of the EcoPump2 VP covering a pressure range from 22 to 306 bar, the pump is suitable for applying paints, high-viscosity materials, and adhesives to furniture, steel constructions, and others. It can also handle acidic hardeners commonly used in the 2K process in the North American market without difficulty.
