KTA-Tator, Inc. has announced that Johnnie Miller has joined its team as a senior project engineer. Miller’s role at KTA will be a blend of consulting, project management, and business development, representing all of KTA’s service offerings. Miller has extensive experience in the field of structural coatings and traffic materials.

To support the business’ strategy, the new vice president will be responsible for driving the sustainable, long-term growth of key flexible packaging accounts in the North American market.

The AMPP's new director brings over a decade of experience working in project and general management for an industrial painting contractor focused on bridge preservation and protective coatings. 

“In addition to broad international finance and business experience, the new CFO will bring extensive strategic funding and project financing expertise – a valuable and relevant background in the context of Avantium’s business plan," said Avantium CEO Tom van Aken.

Mayzo believes the new appointee will make a positive impact both externally and internally as well as add to the company's technical knowledge base for coatings, resins, and adhesives to enhance products for these markets.

AkzoNobel anticipates their new director to lead the global strategic direction of powder coatings portfolio across a diverse range of end markets, including architectural, automotive, industrial, general trade coaters, and functional.

This appointment comes after the former marketing director left the company.

Tnemec announces Jennifer Gleisberg as the new senior manager of performance coatings. Gleisberg joined Tnemec in 2002 and will now provide assistance on a broad range of performance coating applications as well as concentrate on sales and development of key performance coatings. 

ICP Building Solutions Group (ICP BSG) has named Sami Rahman, an experienced veteran of the building materials industry, as its new chief commercial officer.
