The ongoing transformation of Rio de Janeiro's famous Santa Marta favela continued in August when 450 volunteers from the city took part in one of the biggest ever "Let's Colour" events to be staged by AkzoNobel's Decorative Paints business.
The final design for the Crocs store in Manhattan is a quintessential Crocs look, incorporating the company’s trademark bright colors with backlit, clear globes to create a shoe-like storefront, complete with its very own set of Crocs’ signature ventilation holes.
Washington University in St. Louis celebrated the 97th anniversary of Olin Business School with the dedication of two new buildings. A five-story glass atrium that crowns the two buildings was finished using a 70-percent polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin-based coating.

The final version of the revised standard for quality management systems is scheduled for release by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) in autumn 2015. Many organisations have already started to address the expected changes, which are aimed at strengthening the benefits of quality management.
