Company President Marc Jackson assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective June 30, 2023. Jackson succeeds founder and CEO Tom Eckhardt who will remain with the company as chairman of the board.
A new governance and steering structure will be introduced for both global Brenntag divisions as of January 2024, including the two future specialties reporting segments: Life Science and Material Science.
Andreas Denker took up his position on April 1 of this year as part of a transition phase together with the outgoing CEO. His more than 20 years of management experience with internationally operating companies will stand him in good stead.

Chapple’s responsibilities will be to assist customers with their selection and specification of coatings, anodize, and specialty finishes for architectural aluminum products. Headquartered in Wisconsin, Chapple focuses on customers in Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, and Kansas.
