This new investment will significantly increase the company’s global annual production capacity for alkyl ethanolamines, including dimethyl ethanolamine (DMEOA) and methyl diethanolamine (MDEOA).

Tony Thomas, President of Polyrheo USA, said the new site "represents a logical next step towards our strategic goal of becoming a significant chemical manufacturer in the United States with a focus on chemicals used in the CASE market, especially resins."

Four new manufacturing lines are now operational following the €21 million expansion project in Italy – two of them dedicated to automotive primers and two to architectural coatings.

The company opened a 25-acre site, which has facilities for making decorative paint, wood finishes, automotive and specialty coatings, coil coatings, and protective coatings. 

The productionexpansion of the company's colloidal silica products at its manufacturing facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin addresses rising demand and strategically expands the company’s manufacturing footprint to serve both regional and global customers.

The deployment sets a new industry standard, highlighting the speed and efficiency of one company's manufacturing job shop software, backed by a team of skilled engineers, cutting-edge technology, and the latest low-code functionality for customization.

The new production line increases the company’s capacity on site, allowing a better response to rising demand for high-performance Foamaster^® and Foamstar^® products in South-East Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The company opened its expanded headquarters at the PSG Grand Rapids Rotating Center of Excellence in Grand Rapids, MI, after a nearly two-year-long construction and renovation project that added 56,000 square feet of new manufacturing, office, and R&D space. 

The new location will feature state-of-the-art manufacturing and lab capabilities while enhancing the company’s distribution footprint. 

The investment will fund numerous developments across the site, including the transition to automated production processes and plans to increase production capacity and storage space.
