Hempel A/S appointed a new CFO and Executive Vice President of Finance, as well as a Chief Transformation & Information Officer (CTIO) and Executive Vice President of Digital, Strategy & Transformation.

Effective April 30, 2023, Mark Garrett will assume the role of interim CEO. The Board of Directors has initiated a comprehensive search process for installing a permanent CEO and has retained a leading executive search firm.

BASF announced a change in responsibility of for the Global Business Services and the North America divisions. 

The new director will lead growth efforts for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. 

The new consultant will work to better address regulations and educate regulators about available technologies. 

According to Andres Lacassie, Carlisle Fluid Technologies VP of Sales & Marketing, the new manager’s “refreshed perspective will help elevate the business.”

Carlisle Fluid Technologies announced the promotion of Jacob Fortmeyer to Strategic Business Unit Director for DeVilbiss Automotive Refinishing Group.

Together with the current CEO Felix Kleinert, there will be a transition phase until mid-May, after which the new CEO will take over the management of the global Pumps & Systems Business Unit.

The appointments include President of ACTEGA North America and Managing Director of ACTEGA do Brasil.

The new manager leads all manufacturing operations to ensure AkzoNobel’s supply chain has continuous improvement.
