The specialty chemicals group ALTANA has signed a contract to acquire the business of Chemical Corp. of America Inc. (ChemCor), a U.S. manufacturer of specialty wax additives.
Emerald Polymer Additives, a division of Emerald Performance Materials, announced that two of its antioxidants, GOOD-RITE® 3128 and GOOD-RITE® 3131, have received the NSF HX-1 listing, which allows for their use as ingredients in lubricants with incidental food contact.
