TRENTON, NJ - R.E. Carroll Inc. announced the addition of Rachel Lerner to its Health/Safety/Environmental/Quality Assurance management team. Lerner will be assisting John Boruta with all items related to health, safety, and environmental and quality assurance at the company.

Lerner joins R.E. Carroll after many years as a Senior Technical Loss-Control Consultant with insurance company AIG’s specialty commercial/industrial division.  She has broad and diverse experience with multiple aspects of the chemical industry including manufacturing, distribution, transportation and industrial end-use. She was previously an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant performing oversight for the U.S. EPA’s Superfund program and the City of New York’s Route 9A Reconstruction project, along with stints in an environmental testing laboratory and multiple site assessment and remediation projects in the Mid-Atlantic and New England states.
