ROYAL OAK, MI - Cal-Chem, Royal Oak, MI, has appointed Timothy Brown as the company’s President. In this new role, Brown will be responsible for managing the company and implementing sales growth and expansion. He will report to founder and CEO Liana Roberts.

Brown began his career in polymer additives and has worked for specialty chemical companies with a focus on polyurethane, metalworking and coatings chemistries. He has held technical and sales management positions with Dow Chemical, ICI Polyurethanes, Chem-Tren LLC and was most recently National Sales Manager for Ele Corp. in McCook, IL.  He has over 25 years of experience in polyurethane additives, specialty chemicals, and coatings systems for the automotive, industrial, and aftermarket industries.

Max R. Reitzloff has been named Account Manager for Cal-Chem Inc., teaming up with Roberts and Brown. Reitzloff brings chemistry, sales and marketing experience to the rapidly growing chemical distribution company.
