PARIS - As announced in November 2013, Vencorex is expanding its global capacity for Tolonate™ HDI derivatives by establishing a new production unit in Thailand. This new plant in Asia, with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons per year, will adopt Vencorex’s proprietary technology. Thailand is a strategic location and will provide the company with a competitive advantage to participate in Asia’s polyurethane industries. The new plant will be ready to serve the Asian market in the second half of 2015.

The company announced that sales and technical teams are in place, ready to accelerate the growth in Asian market. In 2013 and 2014, Vencorex opened sales offices in Bangkok, Thailand and Shanghai in order to meet customers’ needs in the region.
