Stahl had already taken over the majority of Clariant’s Leather Services Business activities earlier this year. Stahl is a leading company in chemicals for leather products and performance coatings for all kind of materials. The company has now taken over all of Clariant's Leather Services Business, including manufacturing sites in Germany, Italy and India and laboratories in several other locations. With the acquisition, Stahl now covers the entire leather processing chain.
