WEST HAVEN, CT – Enthone Inc. has appointed Eric Gongora to be the company’s Global Director, Semiconductor Product Marketing. Gongora will be working closely with the company’s WaferLevel Packaging (WLP) research and development, technical applications, and commercial teams to introduce advanced WLP technologies that create value to semiconductor manufacturers and electronics OEMs.

Gongora has over 19 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning areas such as operations, business development, and global product line management. Since beginning his career in engineering at General Electric, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility, working for Motorola, Amkor Technology and ChipPAC. Most recently, Gongora served as Director of Mainstream Products at STATSChipPAC, where he managed a global wirebond product group with approximately $500 million in revenue.
