MEDINA, OH – RPM International Inc. has promoted Kenneth M. Armstrong to Senior Director of Environmental, Health and Safety, and has hired Carrie Rogers as Senior Internal Auditor and Justin Williams as Global Tax Manager.

As Senior Director of Environmental, Health and Safety, Armstrong is responsible for the protection of RPM’s assets, including property, plants, equipment and the safety of its employees. He has more than 25 years of experience.

Rogers previously served for three years as an accountant at Bober, Markey, Fedorovich & Co., where she assisted in audits and financial statement preparation for a wide variety of clients.

As Global Tax Manager, Williams has joined RPM’s Corporate Tax Group. Prior to joining RPM, he worked in the Corporate Tax practice at Ernst & Young LLP, where he led tax advisory, tax compliance and income tax accounting engagements for several Northeast Ohio public corporations.
