DOVER, OH — Dover Chemical Corp. announced a series of leadership changes designed to support the company’s future growth.
Chuck Fletcher has been named Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development for Dover Chemical Corp. and is responsible for directing all commercial activity. Fletcher joined Dover Chemical in 2002 as Vice-President of Marketing PVC Additives & Stearates.
Damon Stevenson has been named Director of Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development. Stevenson will be responsible for strategic business growth and development, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. He began his career with Dover Chemical Corp. in 2002 as Regional Sales Manager and moved into the role of Business Manager for Chlorinated Paraffins and Alkylphenols before being named U.S. Sales Manager and most recently Global Sales Manager.
Marc Nolen has been named Director of Corporate Operations for Dover Chemical Corp., which includes sites in Dover, OH, and Hammond, IN. Nolen will be responsible for operational efficiency, order fulfillment, strategic initiatives, employee safety and regulatory compliance. He began his career with Dover Chemical Corp. in 1996 in the R&D laboratory and has held positions of Regional Sales Manager, Operations Manager for the Dover site and Global Business Manager for Polyolefins.
Dr. Mick Jakupca has been named Director of Research and Development. Jakupca will be responsible for leading R&D and technical support for Dover Chemical Corp., focusing on creative development of new products and enhancements to Dover’s existing products. He will be responsible for managing all intellectual property including patents and trademarks as well as managing new developments. He began his career with Dover Chemical Corp. in 1995 as an Analytical Chemist and moved into the role of Technical Director in 2002.
