ATLANTA - This fall, the Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI) is partnering with Georgia Power Co. to present a one-day Introduction to Powder Coating and Curing Processes Seminar at Georgia Power Co’s new Customer Resource Center (CRC). The seminar is scheduled for October 9, 2014 at Georgia Power Co. in Atlanta. The Infrared Division of the Industrial Heating Equipment Association will be co-sponsoring the seminar along with CCAI.

The daylong seminar will begin with a thorough introduction to the powder coating process, including cleaning and pretreatment, materials, application equipment and booths, curing options, part movement, and running an efficient system. The afternoon schedule will take attendees into the lab at the CRC to experience live demonstrations and opportunities for hands-on training.
