DAVENPORT, IA - PCT Engineered Systems, manufacturer of the BroadBeam™ EB system, is offering the “EB Benefits in Packaging” series of seminars in three cities this fall and winter. Targeting flexible packaging producers, label printers, folding carton converters and brand owne’s packagers, materials developers and press manufacturers are adopting their business models to accommodate EB use.

Presentation topics for the seminar include:  Recent EB Innovations That Are Changing Package Converting, Food Safety Regulations and Principles Applicable to the Packaging Industry, Sustainability Benefits of EB Curing in Food Packaging, EB Chemistry’s Role in Global Food Packaging Safety, EB Printing Press Design Considerations, and Putting It All Together:  A BroadBeam Customer Case Study in Implementing EB. The seminar will be offered regionally, in Milwaukee on September 16, 2014 in Atlanta on November 11, 2014 and in Newark, NJ, on January 13, 2015.
