CHARLOTTE, NC — IGM Resins Inc. has purchased Insight High Technology (IHT) Group, a manufacturer of photoinitiators, pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals in China.  

“IGM and IHT will increase the pace of development of new materials for UV through a joint effort amongst our technical centers in China, Europe and the U.S.,” said Andrew Chambers, VP of EMEA and Global PI Manager. Products will be consolidated under IGM’s Omnipol, Omnirad and Omnicat brands.
