FAIRLAWN, OH – OMNOVA Solutions’ Specialty Ingredients business announced price increases of up to $0.04 per wet pound on vinyl acetate and vinyl acrylic-based emulsion polymers. The increase is effective August 1, 2014, for all global specialty markets.

The company announced that the action is necessitated by a global supply shortage of key raw materials and is in addition to all previously announced increases.
