THE WOODLANDS, TX - Effective July 1, 2014, Archway Sales LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexeo Solutions LLC, will be an authorized distributor to represent Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc.’s epoxy resin, curing agent and modifier products. Archway will represent Momentive Specialty Chemicals throughout the United States primarily in the CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) markets.

In April 2014, chemical distribution company Nexeo Solutions acquired Archway Sales. The acquisition reflects Nexeo Solutions' continued focus and commitment to expanding its presence in specialty chemicals. According to the company, the combined capability of Nexeo Solutions and Archway Sales creates the largest comprehensive distributor in the CASE industry.

Momentive Specialty Chemicals’ technology in epoxy applications combined with Archway’s experienced sales team and customer base create new growth opportunities for both companies. Momentive Specialty Chemicals’ epoxy products are marketed under the EPON™, EPONEX™, HELOXY™, EPIKOTE™, EPIKURE™ and EPI-REZ™ trade names.
