In the Product Selector function, the app allows customers to search by market application, resin system and pigment type to get the best product recommendations to resolve general paint-related defects. The app also has a Troubleshooting feature where solutions are found to specific problems such as pigment flocculation, poor color hue, air entrapment, cratering, slip, and substrate wetting for specific resin and pigment choices.
