WOODRIDGE, IL – Elevance Renewable Sciences Inc. announced that Steven Mills, former Chief Financial Officer at Amyris Inc., is joining the company’s Board of Directors.

Mills has extensive experience in the fields of accounting, corporate finance, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Amyris in 2012, Mills served as Senior Executive Vice President of Performance & Growth at Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM), a global agricultural commodity processing company. Previously, he served as ADM’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mills joined ADM in 1979 and served in various senior accounting and treasury roles, including 12 years as Controller.
