WAALWIJK, The Netherlands – Netherlands-based Stahl has acquired Clariant’s Leather Services Business. Stahl is a specialist in high-quality chemicals, such as dyes and coatings for leather, as well as performance coatings for all kind of materials. Stahl has taken over all activities of Clariant’s Leather Services Business, including manufacturing sites in Germany, Italy and India, and laboratories in several other locations. With the acquisition, Stahl now covers the entire leather processing chain.
