The American Coatings Conference began Monday and will run until 12:30 on Wednesday. Organizers noted at the plenary session that they thought it would be difficult to break the 2012 attendance record, but are happy to report that 2014 is another record-breaking event.

The conference promises to showcase significant findings and technical perspectives that have not yet been presented in a scientific forum. Nearly 200 abstracts from both industry and academia were submitted for the 96 slots for presentations. Conference organizers are very proud of the selection of presentations being offered on the latest developments and trends in the coatings industry.
