LUXEMBOURG - Flint Group has appointed Dr. Eva Freudenthaler Vice President Marketing and Technology Flexographic Products. At the same time, she became a member of the divisional leadership team for Flint Group Flexographic Products.
Freudenthaler started her professional career in 1997 as R&D Manager at BASF. In 2003, she moved to the former BASF Printing Systems business and was initially in charge of the global marketing management and controlling of the Printing Plates business unit. Since the formation of Flint Group, she has held various positions, including Vice President Marketing and Technology Flint Group Packaging and Narrow Web. As Vice President Flint Group Strategic Development, she was involved in the development of the company’s strategy and its implementation into the different business units.
Freudenthaler succeeds Dr. Uwe Stebani, who decided for personal reasons to leave Flint Group as of March 31, 2014, to pursue a new challenge within the industry. Stebani, as Vice President Technology, played an important role in helping to shape the technological direction of Flint Group Flexographic Products.
