TAIPEI, Taiwan - Ming-Zu Chemical Ind. Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, and United Mineral & Chemical Corp., Lyndhurst, NJ, have signed an agreement whereby United Mineral & Chemical will act as the exclusive North American distributor for Ming-Zu’s Mecofast™ solvent-soluble dyes and MecoSperse™ water-soluble dye preparations for aqueous wood stains.

Ming-Zu is a leading manufacturer of dyes for industries that include wood stains and wood coatings, printing and writing inks, and technical and decorative foils. UMC specializes in the import and distribution of chemical raw material; organic, fluorescent and phosphorescent pigments; dyestuffs; pigments for security inks and coatings; and high-purity metals.

United Mineral & Chemical will introduce the Mecofast and Mecosperse products at booth 1657 during the 2014 American Coatings Show in Atlanta.
