BRISTOL, PA - The E.W. Kaufmann Co., a member of the KODA Distribution Group, has named Edmund F. (Ted) Burke the company’s new Vice President of Sales. Burke will manage the entire sales team and will also act as the key contact interfacing with E.W.Kaufmann’s principals.

Burke comes to Kaufmann with 38 years of experience in the chemical distribution industry. He had previously worked for Callahan Chemical Co., where he held various positions in sales, sales management, branch management and various executive positions. He served as President of Callahan from 1994 until his retirement in September of 2013. In addition to his experience at Callahan, Burke is a former Regional President of the National Association of Chemical Distributors and a former member of its National Board. He also served for six years as a trustee on the Chemical Education Foundation.

The company also announced that Tom Rudeau will assume the position of Executive Account Manager reporting directly to Burke. Rudeau will be responsible for all of E.W.Kaufmann’s major accounts and inside sales program. He will also continue to act in a liaison capacity with key principals.
