The Model 42N-270 ribbon blender offers a maximum working capacity of 270 cubic feet and a full holding capacity of 300 cubic feet. Stainless steel wetted parts are polished to a 150-grit finish for easy cleanability. A double ribbon agitator is precisely fabricated to produce a well-balanced axial and radial flow of powders while holding tightly controlled clearances between the trough. The solid agitator shaft is driven to 20 rpm by a 100 hp TEFC motor. E-mail sales@mixers.com.

Speed has to do with frequency and number of poles, not voltage. It looks like a standard frame motor and might even have multi tap, 230 or 460v. A decent industrial electrician or a ribbon blenders shop will be able to get the correct motor. The control panel is a different story, depending on what your trying to do, again a decent industrial electrician should be able to help you.
